  •  ½ cup water

How to make cranberry tiramisu dessert

  • Put cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook together over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly until thick. Set aside and let cool in the fridge.
  • In a double boiler over boiling water, mix egg yolks and sugar over low heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside and then whip until thick.
  • Add mascarpone, beat until well blended.
  • In a spring form pan, place the ladyfingers and rub lightly with the amaretto, just to get them wet.
  • Arrange ladyfingers at the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Then spoon the cranberries over the mascarpone mixture.
  • Repeat the process with another layer of ladyfingers and cream.
  • Refrigerate the dessert 4 hours to harden.
  • Sprinkle the top with dark chocolate, use a small sieve.
  • Now your cranberry tiramisu is ready to enjoy.
