  • 1 cup or 125 grams of fresh or frozen berries for topping. It can be strawberries, blueberries, huckleberries, or any type of berry of your choice.

Instructions

  • In a jar or bowl, combine ½ cup of rolled oats, 2 teaspoons of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of matcha powder, ¼ cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 cup of frozen berries and 2/3 cup of milk to a jar or bowl.
  • Stir the oats well to mix the whole ingredients together.
