Ingredients
- 2 packs of ladyfingers (24 biscuits) (buy here)
- 3 egg yolks
- ¼ cup sugar
- 4 oz. mascarpone cheese (buy here)
- ¼ cup amaretto (buy here)
- 12 oz. frozen fresh cranberries (buy here)
- 2 tbs sugar
- ½ cup water

How to make cranberry tiramisu dessert
- Put cranberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook together over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly until thick. Set aside and let cool in the fridge.
- In a double boiler over boiling water, mix egg yolks and sugar over low heat. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Set aside and then whip until thick.
- Add mascarpone, beat until well blended.
- In a spring form pan, place the ladyfingers and rub lightly with the amaretto, just to get them wet.
- Arrange ladyfingers at the bottom of the baking dish. Spoon the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Then spoon the cranberries over the mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat the process with another layer of ladyfingers and cream.
- Refrigerate the dessert 4 hours to harden.
- Sprinkle the top with dark chocolate, use a small sieve.
- Now your cranberry tiramisu is ready to enjoy.
