- 1½ cups of whipped cream
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup of chocolate cream, store-bought (buy here)
- 14 ounces of cookies (buy here)
- ½ cup of milk
- Mixing bowl

- Springform pan, 8×3 inches (20×8 cm) (buy here)
- Parchment paper
- Flat plate
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the mascarpone cheese, whipped cream, and powdered sugar
- Mix with a hand mixer until thoroughly combined
- Divide the mixture into two portions. Add chocolate cream to either and mix evenly
- In a parchment-lined springform pan, arrange the cookies on the bottom to form the base layer of your cookie mascarpone cake
- Make the second layer by adding the chocolate mixture to spread over the cookies
- Fill the inner side of the pan with the cookies and place some others on top of the chocolate layer
- Evenly spread a half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies
- Bring more cookies to dip in the milk
- Use them to line the inner side of the pan and to make another cookie layer

- Let it sit in the fridge for 5 hours
