  • 1 pound turkey tenderloin (buy here)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add more to coat the casserole dish (buy here)
  • 1 cup potatoes, cut into pieces (buy here)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, sliced thinly (buy here)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup white wine (buy here)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth Buy here)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (buy here)
  • 2/3 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
  • 2/3 teaspoon ground mustard (buy here)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed (buy here)

How to cook turkey tenderloin

  • Preheat your oven to 400 F
  • Brush olive oil onto a rectangular casserole dish. Add potato pieces, sliced onions, olive oil and mix thoroughly. Spread evenly.
  • Season the turkey tenderloin with salt and pepper and place in a casserole dish, on top of the potatoes and onions.
  • Combine white wine, chicken broth, garlic powder, chili powder, ground mustard, and dried rosemary in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the turkey tenderloin.
  • Cover a dish with foil and roast for about 30-40 minutes until the temperature of the thickest part of the turkey reaches 160 degrees F. Use meat thermometer to make sure.
  • Turn the broiler on for 4-5 minutes until the turkey is lightly browned, adjust to taste.
  • Remove the turkey tenderloin from oven, ready to serve.
